Fire extinguisher recall

Chubb Fire and Security Pty Ltd have announced a voluntary recall of certain Chubb and Flameguard 1.5 kg, 2.3kg, and 4.5 kg dry powder fire extinguishers. The recall affects extinguishers purchased between February and 8 July 2010 with the following numbers.
