Transitional Provisions- Work Health and Safety Regulation 2011

To smooth the transition to the Work Health and Safety Regulation 2011 (WHS Regulation 2011), a number of transitional arrangements have been included that delay the commencement of certain parts of the regulation to give duty holders time to comply with the new arrangements
