Class exemption granted – Class B asbestos removal work clearance inspections by an independent competent person

Workplace Health and Safety Queensland has granted a class exemption for circumstances where it is not reasonably practicable for a competent person to be independent for a clearance inspection after Class B asbestos removal work at a workplace. More……
